Brad McFarland

  Starting out as a general laborer at 18, Brad advanced through the ranks of the construction business. Working as a Carpenter's Helper, Carpenter, Assistant Superintendant, and Project Manager for custom and national builders in South Florida. Eventually being licensed as a State of Florida Building Contractor.

  Founding Advanced Construction, completing retail, restaurant, high rise interior renovations, and multi-family capital projects throughout Florida and Colorado for nearly 20 years, building a succesful company on integrity, fairness, and reliability.

  The events of 2020 paired with a decreased workforce providied an opportunity to pivot. Drawing on his extensive knowledge in site developement, custom home building, and professional project management, McFarland Family Homes was formed. 

 With a passion for design and construction , a deep respect for professionally managed projects, and a constant eye for detail, Brad is dedicated to providing the highest quality results which has earned him the respect of former clients, sub-contractors, design professionals, and local industry professionals.
