Founder Bradley McFarland is a Florida native and Certified Building Contractor with more than 35 years of construction experience. Beginning his career in residential construction, Brad developed a passion for building quality homes and creating lasting value for homeowners. Over the years, he expanded his experience into commercial construction, successfully managing projects of all sizes throughout Florida and Colorado while building a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Today, McFarland Family Homes combines that experience with a hands-on approach that larger builders often cannot provide. We specialize in luxury custom homes and select spec home projects, carefully choosing opportunities where quality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design remain the highest priorities.
